406 Doorcard Removal

How to remove the Doorcard / door panel on a peugeot 406, this is for the face lifted D9 406's made between 2000 and 2004 but the older ones shouldn't be too different.
The reason for removing it in this case was that i wanted to route wires from the wing mirror to inside the car, the wing mirror has an LED strip that will become a puddle light when wired up. It will light up when the car is unlocked.
The white sheet behind the panel is quite important when the motor had been changed by the previous owner they just ripped the sheet out but the car leaked around this door and the missing sheet was the problem, its best to take care when moving it out of the way.
