Christmas cutout cookie are the traditional cookie. Nothing says Merry Christmas like that perfect cookie, iced and loaded with sprinkles!

For years I tried every recipe, but the shapes didn't hold, or they were too cakey. or the icing wouldn't hold up to storing or sharing on the perfect cookie plate.

This cut out recipe and icing solved all my challenges.
