Ingredients :

Finger Millet/ Ragi 1cup
Cooked Rice 1cup
Buttermilk 1cup
Salt to taste
Water 4cups

Preparation Method :

Mix the ragi powder with some water and keep aside for 30mins.
Heat the kadai and add water, let it to boil.
Add salt to taste.
Slowly add the ragi mixture by stirring continuesly.
Keep stirring till it get thick.
Add the cooked rice.
Mix well and switch off the flame.
Let it to ferment overnight.
In morning add buttermilk to it and mix it well.
Serve it with some onion and green chillies.
