Color Shift metallic paint pouring - "Galaxy Lightning"

Acrylic pour on 14 x 14 stretched canvas. Got a few cells though I don't use oils or silicone. Made a second painting at the same time as I often paint in pairs - here's the video link: https://youtu.be/GQU51R8C9tI

Materials: Anita's gloss black, FolkArt color shift aqua flash & purple flash, & DecoArt glorious gold. Medium was Liquitex pouring medium & a squeeze of Liquitex gloss medium and varnish. At one point in the video I say that I added a lot of water to one color - by that I meant 15 or 20 drops, which is not very much but more than usual for me. Never use more than 30% water in your paint mixtures as it can cause underbinding!

I LOVE the organic look of fluid art and continually experiment! There are so many paint types, mediums, & techniques to try which makes this type of art a lot of fun. I learn something every single time I paint, even if it's what NOT to do. ; )
