LTFRB: 60% jeepney consolidation rate 'enough' in Metro Manila

LTFRB Chairman Teofilo Guadiz III says Tuesday, April 30, that at least 60% of jeepneys in Metro Manila are expected to consolidate before the deadline on April 30. This is "more than enough" given the "oversupply" of jeepneys in the country. Guadiz also says the LTFRB will begin to crack down and impound "colorum" jeepneys by mid-May.
