Avi Ma'ayan Presentation at the LINCS 2020 Virtual Symposium
In this presentation Dr. Ma'ayan discusses the bioinformatics tools and databases developed by the LINCS consortium and the Ma'ayan Lab. He then shows two examples of how the LINCS tools were recently applied for drug discovery for COVID-19 and diabetes. Finally, the presentation describes Appyters, a new way to rapidly develop bioinformatics web-based software applications.
