Now the correct depth has been dug out, its essential to fill in with at least 200mm of Hard Core. This has to be well compacted with either a plate or vibrating compactor. In this situation, due to the lack of access and size, a plate compactor works best.
Simply fill up with diesel and water, put on some ear protection and wack yourself silly. Using a theodolite to level out stakes throughout is the best way to make sure its level.
