How to build a e-bike battery from 18650 lithium ion as well as wiring the bms and close it in a box case . This is a step by step process on how I make a 36 v 11 amp e bike battery ; I tried to capture all the key points in the process of building the battery .
Some "unusual" tools I use : spot welder , soldering iron as well as nickel strips , kapton tape and battery case .
