Grande Nakata : Perugia vs. Juventus (1998-1999)

September 13, 1998 : after signing in July 1998 with Perugia, Hidetoshi Nakata plays his first Serie A match against the great Juventus, the reigning champions, facing the likes of Filippo Inzaghi, Alessandro Del Piero, Edgar Davids and World Cup winners Didier Deschamps and Zinedine Zidane. Down 0-3 at half-time, Perugia climbs back thanks to Hide famously scoring two goals. His team eventually lost 3-4 but the legend of Nakata in Italy began !
