E46 M3 SMG to Manual Conversion DIY (On Jackstands)

In this video I show you an overview of the process it takes to convert your E46 M3 from SMG to a 6 speed manual. I didn't try to make this video to show you every single minute detail but I hope it serves as more of a guide to refer to. The total cost of the conversion for me was ~$2000. This is including the RTD shifter I bought and any extra parts I bought to replace while I was down there.
