🧾 Ingredients
1. Spring roll pastry – 3 sheets per tartlet
2. Melted butter – 50 g
3. Salmon – 150–200 g, diced
4. Salt – 1/3 tsp
5. Black pepper – 1/3 tsp
6. Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
7. Avocado – thinly sliced
8. Black caviar – 1 tsp per tartlet
👨🍳 Preparation
1. Brush butter on the first sheet of spring roll pastry.
2. Add the second sheet, brush butter again.
3. Add the third sheet, making 3 layers in total.
4. Cut into squares and place into tartlet molds.
5. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes until golden.
6. Dice the salmon, season with salt and pepper.
7. Cook on a pan for 2 minutes over gas heat.
8. Mix with Dijon mustard.
9. Fill each tartlet shell with the salmon mixture.
10. Top with avocado slices.
11. Add 1 tsp of black caviar.
12. Serve warm — elegant and perfect for special guests.
