I am 4 months post op and 80lbs down. YAY!! I am feeling good, and I’m so happy about the positive changes I have seen mentally and (of course) physically since surgery. I wanted to share some non-scale victories, some hurdles, and some potentially helpful tips when it comes to making this lifestyle sustainable.
