Automatic line for burger buns and hot dog rolls production

UTF GROUP manufactures automated industrial lines and other equipment for the production of a wide range of bakery products. Our commercial machines ensure all processes of bun production including preparation of bread starter and dough, preliminary and final proofing, forming of dough pieces, baking in tunnel and rotary ovens, cooling of finished products and other operations.

In 2023, a line for production of burger and hot dog buns was launched with a capacity of up to 15,000 pcs/h.

Equipment of the line:

Dough preparation area: horizontal dough mixers, rolling hoppers, bowl tipper, receiving hopper with pump, conveyor system for dough feeding.
Buns forming area: divider, rounding conveyor, system of the flour sprinkling for dough pieces, loading system of the proofing chamber, chamber of preliminary proofing, machine of buns forming, machine of hot dog rolling, conveyor for baking sheets loading, system of flour removal from baking sheets, pan shaker.

Final proofing area is realized as four-row proofing chamber with automatic movement of the trolleys.

Baking area: machine for dough blanks spraying and sprinkling, tunnel oven with convection, conveyors for trays loading, conveyors for trays unloading. Buns are baked in electric tunnel oven with convection. Buns are fed into the oven on baking sheets, while the design of the oven provides parallel feeding of three baking sheets simultaneously. Tunnel ovens for the production of buns have an upper air circulation in the baking tunnel - duotherm, which improves convection.

Systems of cooling for finished products and return of the trays are developed individually for each project.

Optional equipment: steam generator, machine for cutting ends and drilling holes in hot dog rolls
