How to make Gizdodo || Dodo-gizzard (Plantain and Gizzards)

Gizdodo is one of my favourites and thats why I decided to share my easy recipe with you guys. Find the list of ingredients below.

Ingredients:

2 pounds Chicken Gizzards
4 ripe plantains
3 red bell peppers
2 Scotch bonnets
2 large onions
2 yellow and green bell peppers
1 cup vegetable oil
11/2 TBS palm oil
1 TBS chicken seasoning
1 TSP salt
