Watchmaking Vlog 3 Making the Train Bridge for my watch
Watchmaking Vlog Episode 3 Making the Train Bridge for my watch
In this watchmaking episode I start to make the watch train bridge as part of the whole watch build process for my modified ETA 6498 watch. The most critical part of making this watch part is to ensure the jewel holes are aligned perfectly, and with the aid of a skoal centering scope, watchmakers faceplate and a watchmakers lathe it is quite possible. Also, I recently received my new Cowells CW90 watchmakers lathe.
I hope you enjoyed this watchmaking vlog episode, I did as much as I could this week to try and finish making the watch train bridge, but time was not on my side. Also, I ordered some needle files to help me file some nice sharp internal corners.
