Incredible scenes capture the moment lion cubs have to leap across a swollen river.

Betsey Lucas, who was with wildlife guide and conservationist Paul Goldstein, filmed the plucky youngsters lined up by Kenyan waters this month (Jan).

Mr Goldstein noted that the Ntiakntiak river is normally a trickle, but became faster-flowing after “biblical storms” in the area.
