Butterfly CFD | A first Script | | Fluid dynamics Inside Rhino Grasshopper3D | Part 01
Butterfly is a plugin for Grasshopper (and Dynamo) which brings Open Foam, a fluid dynamics engine, into Rhino and Revit. In this video, we try to create the most simple version of a workable script without all the fancy stuff. This not just gives us some feeling of achievement but lets us look at all the tools in their simplest form. From there we can refine and explore more in later lessons.
Note: I'm only a student myself who likes learning by doing. Putting these scripts together is like solving a puzzle. Don't expect a script with industry standards that you can use for your real-world projects. This is learning in progress......
