The Ohio State University Marching Band TBDBITL Enters The Skull Session. October 19, 2013, 10 19 2013, OSU vs Iowa football Game. The band marches from the Ohio Stadium to St. John's Arena a few hours prior to the start of the day's football game. At St. John's, they perform a free concert for thousands of OSU football and Band fans. The music includes all of the pregame and halftime music, along with cheers, introductions and awards, performances from assorted visiting high school marching bands, etc. The Band enters St. John's through two sets of doors leading to the ramp that funnels them onto the floor of St. John's, where they will perform. The band stops at the entrance to the arena floor while the percussionists play in the hall and entrance vestibule. Between the inner and outer set of doors, the bass drums, cymbals, and quads. The snares stop just past the second door, in the hallway, just behind the sousas. Look behind the snares to catch some of the bass drum show.
