The NP231 transfer case has been removed from my 2003 Jeep TJ and now it is time to strip it down and start to rebuild it. This is my method on stripping down the Np231 transfer case, while it's torn down for rebuilding i'm also installing a teraflex SYE for my custom made driveshaft. the biggest pain in the ass of tearing down this unit was getting that stupid slinger off on the output shaft.
