Ginza is one of the most well-known districts in Tokyo, thanks to its countless number of high-end shops, Michelin starred eateries and fancy bars.

I'm recent years the number of tourists in the district has reached almost troubling levels, but this summer, those are all gone. At the same time, domestic shoppers are returning to normal.

This video was filmed on a Friday evening, and as you can see, life on the streets of Ginza is starting to look like they used to again.
