Good experience with them, they said 2-3 weeks and got it in exactly 2, it should be noted that this tool is manufactured in Taiwan and not in the U.S. This was a tool I actually had gotten for free but did break it on my own, they honored their lifetime warranty just fine. I only would like it if they had sent me an email stating they had shipped it back to me. No form of conversation from them was sent to me.
