We’re in the Phoenix area for our youngest granddaughter’s 12 birthday. Because her birthday is in July we treat her and her siblings to a waterslide in our son’s backyard. This has become a tradition for us. She’s nonverbal autistic and water of any kind is her happy place. We leave tomorrow for the Flagstaff area and hopefully cooler temperatures.
