Ingredients:
250g Brazil nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (stems removed, finely chopped)
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Brazil nuts, olive oil, agave syrup, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even roasting.
5. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
6. Transfer to an airtight jar and enjoy as a crunchy, flavorful snack!
