If it were anyone else and they discussed such a wild and futuristic idea such as the Neuralink I would write it off as a pipe dream and pay it no mind.. However Elon Musk is a different person with different potential and he's already done some pretty amazing things inside of his life. He founded PayPal, Spacex, Tesla, Boring Company and now Neuralink.

How the Neuralink will be installed will be simple. They will remove a 1 inch diameter from your skull and hollow out that area in your skull and then surgically install this chip that will essentially make you wicked smart and over ten times more efficient than you could otherwise dream of..

He believes that this chip will enable humans to compete with artificial intelligence. He says without it humans will be left behind and rendered nearly useless to society. If this is the case, whats the point of reading and studying and going to college and learning new languages when you could simply get the Neuralink?

He said having this chip would turn your mind into a computer and if you wanted to speak in any language you could easily do so by upgrading the soft wear. My fear is that what if they censored all information, told you who to love, who to be friends with, who to vote for and how to act? I believe this is a valid concern. If this seems far fetched go to YouTube and search for Tony Robbins AI named Sophia - you'll see how advanced the robot is.

I do not see this taking over immediately however I would image that these robots and Neuralink will begin rolling out in aggressive form over the next 5 years. Which is not much time at all.. This upcoming recession could last several years and by that time could the entire work and job force be different?

If that is true, could universal basic income be necessary due to the lack of available jobs? If that is true would this then in turn impact real estate rental prices and if that is true then the current rents are grossly overpriced. If that is true that means that hundreds of thousands of landlords in America could be in big trouble.

I see very big changes coming to the job market. If I owned a company and had the option to hire humans that could work 40 hours a week and these humans sometimes sued me, sometimes never showed up, sometimes stole and sometimes caused me issues OR I could have a AI Robotics machine that could work 168 hours a week (4x more) never sued me, never got sick, and was a lot smarter and more ethical and I could watch their every movement through an app on my phone.. I would chose that every time, that and you pay no salary, it's a one time fee and then you own it. I am sure they will likely come with some sort of warranty. That is what Elon is competing with when he says that Neuralink will be humans only chance.

If this does get rolled out soon, just image how many big hedge funds and pools of capital could say okay I want to buy 5,000 of them at 100,000 each = 500M and I want you to go compete with Amazon except I want you to make the products as well and sell them direct to consumer rather than having all of these middle men or I want you to compete with Honda or any other company. What would stop them if the returns were there? That may be ten years or more into the future however this is the direction we are heading in.

Just imagine this, you took a person with no reading ability, no education and could barely speak proper language and then installed a Neuralink and had him compete against Warren Buffett in an investing competition and Buffett lost.. That would make Elon a Trillionaire.

Lets not forget he sold 200,000 Tesla Cyber trucks in 72 hours.. All he would need is ten or twenty thousand of these to be effective and efficient in the market place and it would spread like wildfire. I know this sounds a little out there but again, it's Elon musk and I do not doubt this man or his abilities.
