Victims’ families speak out after convicted murderer killed in Texas prison

Billy Chemirmir, who was convicted last year in the murders of two women, was killed by his cellmate while serving a life sentence. Family members of his victims shared their reactions to his death. KXAS’ Allie Spillyards reports.
