1. Sour Curry with Shrimp and Green Papaya (Gaeng Som) แกงส้ม
Gaeng som is arguably the healthiest thai food. Tons of vegetables and herbs in a light, tart broth enriched with fish!

2. ‘Pad Cha’ in Thai means ‘sizzling stir fry : the perfect blend of key Thai herbs and spices. This Thai food represents everything “Thai” to me – spicy and saucy

3. Kaeng tai pla แกงไตปลา : a curry of southern Thai cuisine. Its name is derived from tai pla, a salty sauce made from fermented fish entrails which gives the curry a strong smell and flavor.

4. Moo ga-tha (Thai: หมูกระทะ) is a combination of a Korean barbecue and a Chinese hot pot.

5. Glass Noodle Salad (Yum Woon Sen) ยำวุ้นเส้น : fresh flavor of just-squeezed limes, a balance of crunchy and chewy, the pungency of the fish sauce, and just enough heat to set your tongue tingling.

6. Steamed Tapioca Balls filled with Pork Recipe (Sakoo Sai Moo)
a dumpling is a walnut-sized ball of slightly chewy translucent steamed tapioca filled with seasoned ground pork.

7. Laab : meat salad dish made of minced meat lightly poached in broth, then dressed with chiles, fresh herbs
