Cookbook author and James Beard award winner Andrea Nguyen returns to our kitchen for a demonstration of recipes from her new cookbook, "Vietnamese Food Any Day." Drawing on decades of experience, she discusses how to create simple and authentic Vietnamese recipes right in your own kitchen, using easy-to-find ingredients that create true, delicious, Vietnamese flavors at home.

During the talk, Andrea will demonstrate a Viet pickle recipe and prepare a Rice Noodle Salad Bowl.
