©Sava Stojkov was born on 29 March 1925 in Sombor - Serbia.
Elementary and civic school in Sombor, and in 1941 he enrolled in trade apprenticeship and begins to engage in window dressing. First oil on canvas painted in 1942. He has exhibited at home and abroad, worldwide about 312 times its own as well as another 550 group exhibitions and has won numerous awards and accolades. Its harmonious painting is based on a clear and detailed filigree work. The idyllic beauty of his work with the deep horizon exudes calm and quiet. In addition to landscapes Sava Stojkov was also an outstanding portraitist. He died on 20 August 2014.
