For todays recipe:
CRISPY FRIED OMELETTE

Ingredients/Puhunan:
5 medium or large Eggs - P35.00
1 tsp of Fish Sauce - P1.00
2 cups of Cooking Oil - P20.00
Ketchup and Mayo (for toppings) - P20.00
Steam Rice - P40.00
Materials - P4.00
Utility/Labor Cost- P10.00

Total - P130.00
Yield - 4 Servings (with rice)
Ex. market price - P50.00

Procedure:
1. Combine eggs with fish sauce in a bowl
2. Beat with fork until frothy
3. Heat the cooking oil in a medium size pot or a round bottom wok set over medium high heat until lighty smoking.
4. Hold the egg bowl 1 foot above the pot and pour the egg mixture into strainer in one go.
5. The egg mixture will immediately puff up. Do not disturb it.
6. After 3-5 minutes or until golden brown flip the omelette.
7. Let the other side cook for another 3 minutes,
8. Remove the omelette from the pot, put it in a Kitchen paper towel to drain excess oils.
9. Cut in a halves and serve the half of the omelette with java rice or steamed rice.
