How To Make A Maleficent Headpiece!

My Brother and husband helped me put together this amazing and very inexpensive (3 dollars total!) Maleficent headpiece. I would also suggest when putting the electrical tape over the cap underneath to NOT stretch the tape. If you stretch the tape it will become very tight on your head. OUCH! Haha. Take your time, and have fun, fellow pinners and money savers!

What you will need:
Cardboard
Measuring tape
hot glue
Pencil
paper
regular head band (I preferred a loose fitting one)
1 piece of black crafting foam
1 and a half rolls of electrical tape (2 for 1 at the dollar store!)
And a Stalking wave cap from the dollar store.
