Heeling the Ice
It's hard to tell, but the ship is mechanically shifting ballast weights inside the hull in order to rock the ship and help to break through thick sea ice. Sorry for the shifting in this video; my camera was supposed to course-correct the tilt (and didn't) when I switch from horizontal to vertical views.
