February Calendar Insert Part 1

This is my version of the Feb 2023 Calendar Insert for Sew Easy Sewing's Sew Creative Club Calendar Girl Challenge. It features hearts using fringe work, faux chenille, and applique. It also uses IQ Designer/My Design Center's background fills to create a quilted background.
