Kids Watch Everything You Do. Be a Good Example for them!

Today when filming for my upcoming Healthy Spine Challenge, my nephew walked in. I had no idea he was following everything I was doing until I watched the video back. It was so cute. It's a good reminder to be a good example for the kids They watch everything you do!
