5 MIN AB BURN WORKOUT || KELLY GALE

Hey guys! This week we're doing an ab burner workout. It's only 5 minutes long and all you need is a pilates ball. If you don't have one, you can do this workout without and it will still give you a good burn.

Do not use these videos if you have any preconditions that prohibit you from working out. Please follow your doctors guidelines before using this workout video.
