Steam Boiler Would Have Exploded Resulting in Deaths - Found T&P Relief & Defective Pressuretrole

Saving Lives! Found steam boiler with a Water heater relief valve installed. This system would have exploded! Facts! If this boiler was left running, it would have exploded. Plain and simple. People would have died. The boiler had a water heater 100XL installed on it INSTEAD of a 15psi relief valve!!!!

Typical Tuesday & completed 5 service calls. Mostly new heat, but some highlights:
No Heat on Slant Fin gas boiler with defective Aqaustat relay, Weil Mclain gas steam boiler with Water Heater T&P Relief valve and defective pressuretrole, Estimate for a new furnace, we fixed it instead ending with Danfoss Thermostatic Steam Radiator Valve installation
