Claude Code v2.1.143 — Smarter Plugins & Background Sessions

Plugin safety rails are here. Disable a plugin without breaking dependents — Claude Code now tells you exactly what to disable first.

🔥 Key Changes:
• Plugin dependency enforcement — disable chains are blocked with a fix hint
• Plugin enable auto-resolves transitive dependencies
• /bg and ←-detach now preserve model, fallback, MCP config, and permission flags
