👩‍🍳Ukkarai👩‍🍳

🔥Ingredients🔥

Moong dal 1 cup
Ghee
Cashew
Sooji ½ cup
Coconut ½ cup
Jaggery 2 cup
water
🍂Recipe Of Ukkarai🍂
🍽️Dry Roast 1 cup of moong dal and add to other pan with adding 2½ cups of water.

🍽️Add ghee to other pan and add cashew and roast it

🍽️Add some ghee and add ½ cup of sooji and roast it for 3-5 mints following that add ½ cup of grated Coconut.

🍽️Now add cooked dal and add jaggery water which made from 2 cup of jaggery (No consistency required)

🍽️within 5 mint it starts thicken add cardamom Powder and pinch of salt

🍽️Stir it continuesly it starts ready without stick in pan. Now add a spoon of ghee and switch off the flame
