A unique view over Gleno's Dam - Beautiful Destinations - Lombardy - Italy

Perfect location for a Game Of Thrones episode, this is the Gleno's Dam
The dam was built between 1916 and 1923 with the purpose of producing hydroelectric power. The middle section of the dam collapsed on 1 December 1923, forty days after the reservoir was filled, causing widespread flooding that killed at least 356 people.

You can reach this dam trough some very steep footpaths , but the view is just increbidle, and during the walk you can also read all about the history of this gorgeous , but terrible, location.
