Daniel is a student of International Relations who, at his young age, has had the opportunity to surround himself with young leaders from all over the world in various events, scattered by Austria, Chile and, most recently, India. However, he has never forgotten his roots and, especially, what he considers to be a cornerstone in his life: his high school friends. That is why he unloads all of his experience in this talk, in which he tells us how can small cities do to generate more opportunities for all, but without losing sight of Juancho, Franco and Emanuel. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
