Ingredients for 3-4 persons:
- 400 grams / 14 oz. berries (fresh or frozen) - e.g. a mix of raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrrants etc.
- 80 grams / 5 oz. sugar
- 150 ml / 2/3 cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp. corn startch
+ Plenty of full fat cream (e.g. 38%) for serving
Cook the porridge for 10 - 15 minutes and add the corn starch thereafter. Cook for another couple of minutes at low heat before leaving to cool down.
