The making of our native inspired (Modern Bahay Kubo) rest house

This is a video about the making of our simple rest house in the mountains of Cebu, Philippines. It shows the process of building the house from start to finish along with some of the materials and procedures used. We hope you enjoying seeing how the tiny house evolves from the first boards cut from local coconut trees into the final product, a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical scenery. The house was completed over a period of a few months, during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 (which still rages on at the time of writing this description). Thanks to all our family, friends, and the skilled laborers who helped make our new rest house a reality.
