This patient actually came in for something else, and I was checking his back and saw a large DPOW with an oxidized blackhead in it. When I took out the blackhead it had a small plug that fell out almost like it’s own little blackhead! Obviously that’s not leaving my office, he did say it was chronically itchy in that area, he will feel better now. Thanks to my patient for sharing his procedure. DPOW. Blackhead extractions.
