Squishy roots!!! That’s how to identify a rotting one.

These are my water propagation from internode or stem cuttings a year ago. I just kept them in water and they are just doing fine until recently, I forgot to change their water and had a bit of root rot problem but was quickly resolved by removing the squishy roots.
