To resolve this issue Close the game & Remove Mods Completely

Go to your RDR2 installation directory.
Delete these if they exist:
version.dll
dinput8.dll
ScriptHookRDR2.dll
Any "mods" folder

Or you can copy these files before you remove them and paste them in a different folder on your desktop as a backup if you dont want to loose your mods.
