Russian propaganda through the eyes of a European

“Ukraine is a third-world country,” “Ukrainians are cannibals,” “they have biolabs everywhere” — these are the fake narratives Russia is trying to spread across Europe.

We asked renowned Berlin stylist and designer Frank Wilde which of these fakes are most widespread among Europeans. Since February 24, he has been actively supporting Ukraine and organizing fundraisers for the military. Frank’s signature move is taking a daily elevator selfie featuring Ukrainian symbols and posting it on social media. In this way, he draws the world’s attention to the war.

Frank not only spoke about Kremlin disinformation but also explained why he loves our country and in what ways Berlin falls short compared to Kyiv. How Russian propaganda looks through the eyes of a European — watch in the new episode of the project ShoPravda.

P.S. We have also uploaded this video in English on our YouTube channel so you can share it with your relatives and friends abroad who don’t speak Ukrainian. After all, Russian propaganda deliberately sets informational traps to mislead Europeans, so they need to know what’s ShoPravda (the truth) — and what’s a lie.
