ABC Commissary Review - An Underrated Hollywood Studios Counter Service Restaurant?

Today, we stopped by ABC Commissary over at Disney's Hollywood Studios to have lunch. This is a restaurant we have not eaten at before and definitely have seen mixed reviews of. We thought it was time for our own review of ABC Commissary.
