French Defense, Tarrasch - Standard chess #41

I played a standard chess game as white with play entering the French Defense, Tarrasch variation. Time controls are set at 15 minutes with a 2 second increment. "To react or not?", that would be the question. In this game, where white has established a strong point on e5, white would like to play on that side of the board, or more specifically drift some pieces towards that wing and maybe even create a pawn break. However, would white be given time to do this, or be preoccupied elsewhere? "When to release the tension?", and "who would benefit from a change of pawn structure?" are two important questions to have entered the minds of the players in this one.
