“Cry For Me” is played on public transportation, AC Transit LA Bus (To Richmond Parkway Transit Center), BART (Berryessa or Dublin/Pleasanton trains between West Oakland and Lake Merritt stations) and WestCat LYNX Bus (To Hercules Transit Center).

For AC Transit: Played during the PM commute
For WestCat: Played either before or during the PM commute.

Commute hours are considered at the following times (which also applies with Carpool Lane enforcement hours in the Bay Area):
AM commute: 5am-10am
PM commute: 3pm-7pm
