79 Caprice 350 idle exhaust cutouts

My 79 caprice sport coupe, mild 350, stock bottom end, EQ Vortec heads, 750 summit carb, sum-1065 cam, edelbrock vortec rpm intake. Just an idle of the choppy cam with the exhaust cutouts. Engine is about 9.7:1 compression, had heads shaved to 62cc, using, steel shim felpro 1094s. Stock cast pistons. Estimated 375 to 400hp.
Ill upload another vid of some revs, and hitting the rev limiter at 6000rpm soon! with the cutouts open ofcourse.
