Skyrim Unique Items #5: Stole a Top-Tier Sword SUPER Early

You can grab a near top-tier one-handed sword stupid early in Skyrim… if you’re willing to do some Riften rooftop parkour and break into Mercer Frey’s house.

Important warning: this weapon is LEVELED. If you steal it at low level, you lock in a weaker version. The strongest version kicks in at level 46+.
Still, it’s icy, hits hard for what it is, and has a chance to paralyze. Crime solved.
